Access DoctorAccess
DoctorAccess is accessible from both the full and mobile sites. You will need login credentials to open the application, and once open, DoctorAccess offers several customizable options to improve current and future access.
DoctorAccess offers two login methods. Depending on your dental institution, you must enter either:
- An axiUm user name and password
- An axiUm user name and PIN.
Login with a password
- On the Login page, enter your name and password in the Usernameand Password fields.
Note: If you're having trouble entering your credentials, contact your dental institution.
Tip: To view the password as you enter it, select Show.
- Click Login.
DoctorAccess opens and by default, displays the Messenger module. If you want to change the default to view your appointment schedule instead, see Customize DoctorAccess.
Note: DoctorAccess always opens the last view of your previous log-in session.
Example: If you viewed the Urgent folder immediately before you last logged out, the Urgent folder will display when you next log in.
Login with a PIN
- On the Login page, enter your name in the Username field.
- In the PINfield, enter your PIN.
Note: If you're having trouble entering your credentials, contact your dental institution.
Tip: To view the PIN number as you enter it, select Show.
- Click Login.
DoctorAccess opens and by default, displays the Messenger module. If you want to change the default to view your appointment schedule instead, see Customize DoctorAccess.

The mobile site is tailored to work best on smart phones, while the desktop version is tailored to work best on tablets or PC browsers. If necessary, you can switch between DoctorAccess's mobile and full site views.

To maximize efficiency when accessing DoctorAccess, you can add the URL as a bookmark on the Favorites bar in your browser, or bookmark the URL as an icon on your mobile phone Home screen.
Note: Make sure you bookmark DoctorAccess from the Login page web address provided by your dental institution.
Example:
If necessary, you can change your browser's language and view DoctorAccess in Spanish.
Note: If you want to change DoctorAccess to Spanish in other browsers, consult specific browser instructions to change language settings.
To change DoctorAccess to Spanish in Google Chrome:
- Open DoctorAccess in your Google Chrome browser.
- Click the

icon, and select Settings. - From under Languages, select Language and input settings...
- From the Languages field, click Add.
- In the Add language window, from the Language: drop-down, select Spanish - espanole.
- Click OK.
- In the Languages field, drag Spanish to the top of the list.
- Click Done.
- Refresh the DoctorAccess page, or go to the DoctorAccess Login page.
For security reasons, you should always log out of DoctorAccess when you're finished with the application. By default, the system automatically logs you out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Logout from the full site
- Click the
icon next to your username, and select Logout.

- Select the
icon, and select Logout.
